HISTORY

Launching in October of 1997, there have been a few hiccups along the way… but we are proud to say the Peer Support Center has become a vital part of the SA! Besides serving as an integral part of the SA, we have been honoured to have the Peer Support Center with the acclaimed Bacchus Canada 1999-2000 Campus of the Year Award for Alcohol Education. In 2016 our hard work shone again as we were awarded with the ASEC award for Mental Health Initiatives on Campus.

E is for Everyone

E is For Everyone is a positive space initiative that provides safe and confidential support for all students. The PSC and SA are dedicated to providing a safe space for all students regardless of race, ethnicity, class, gender, age, ability, gender identity and sexual orientation.

The PSC shares resources with all students while maintaining confidentiality.
