Introduction
SAMHC’s constitution & bylaws are available to all students and are the guiding documents for SAMHC. The constitution contains the fundamental principles which govern our operations. The bylaws establish specific rules of guidance by which the SAMHC functions. The policies and procedures provide a consistent framework for decision-making, while also establishing accountability, risk-management, legal compliance and strategic alignment.
